From Montreal to Edmonton, the members of the Movement of the Incarnation in Canada came together on 13 and 20 December 2025 to celebrate the Nativity. A retreat marked by the warmth of reunions and the depth of the teachings.
A Celebration from East to West
It was in an enchanting atmosphere that the participants were welcomed. Whether in Quebec City, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto or Edmonton, the halls decorated with glittering fir trees and nativity scenes offered a setting conducive to recollection and celebration.
This year's theme, « May you also abound in generosity » (2 Cor 8:7), guided hearts throughout these days.
The Call to Transformation through Love
At the heart of this retreat, the central teaching was given by Dr. Henri Bayemi, founder and general leader of the movement. He invited the assembly to a fundamental awareness: to recognize the faithfulness of God's love in order to walk more surely toward a personal transformation.
A powerful phrase resonated in their minds
« God loves us just as we are, but He wishes that we not remain in that state. » This call not to stagnate spiritually, but to let oneself be shaped by divine love, was the guiding thread of the meditation of the 146 participants present across the country.
The Joy of Christmas for Young and Old
The celebration would not have been complete without the wonder of the youngest. The children received a visit from Santa Claus and their gifts, adding bursts of laughter to the solemnity of the moment.
In short, the coming of the Child Jesus flooded with joy those who truly welcomed him, making this Christmas 2025 an unforgettable time of grace and sharing for the Canadian community.
